Absolutely, from receipt of your items, you have 30 days to exchange the watch and straps. You can return them to us, unworn, in exchange for a different style.
From receipt of your items, you have 30 days to return them for FREE, and we will provide you with a full refund. The refund can only be given if your items are returned unworn and in the original packaging. Please send your return items to Farer, Hazelwood Farm, Bottle Lane, Warfield, United Kingdom, RG42 5RX. Be sure to include a note with your name, email address and order number. NOTE: Engraved watches cannot be returned.
We recommend that all battery replacements must be handled by a credited watch repairer and the receipt retained, in case of warranty issues. Please contact email@example.com if your watch needs repairing and our customer service team will be able to recommend a suitable repairer.
All of our watches are waterproof to 5ATM.
The straps can easily be changed with our innovative watch strap mechanism. Please refer to the Farer Owners Manual for detailed instructions.
