Exmoor I - Nearly New
DESIGNED TO EXPLORE
First Launched: 2021
The Exmoor's dial design is defined by the textured olive green dial, creating a natural feel with overprinted numerals and brushed steel infilled hands in high-contrast off-white SLN Grade A Super-LumiNova for maximum visibility in dark environments. The burnt orange date pointer utilises the Farer 'A' marque to create the perfect highlighter for the date as it moves around the outer date ring, with month-end numbers flipped in colour as a reminder to reset using the quick date function. Function meets form in this handsome tool watch.
NEARLY NEW - This watch is a “nearly new’ unit from our archive. As a result, it may have minor marks on the case. It has been carefully inspected and fully tested and comes with our full five-year movement guarantee.
PLEASE NOTE: These Exmoor units are only supplied with a Tan St. Venere Leather Strap.
FEATURES
To The Point - The defining element of the Farer field watch is its pointer date complication. It works by having a fourth hand "pointing" at the correct date from the scale printed around the outer edge of the dial.
Gear Train - The Field watches are powered by the Sellita SW221-1 automatic movement, an unusual calibre with a pointer date function, 41-hour power reserve and an in-built anti-shock system.
Land & Water - The field watch can go anywhere thanks to its flat sapphire crystal with three layers of internal anti-reflective coating, and a capable 200m depth rating secured with a screw-down crown.
Rock Solid - Designed to withstand the toughest conditions, the comfortably sized 38.5mm case is cut from 316 marine-grade stainless steel.
STORY
Named after Exmoor National Park - an area of rugged natural moorland in west Somerset and north Devon. Exmoor was designated in 1954 and is one of the smallest National Parks, but it is home to some of Britain’s most spectacular coastline, steep wooded valleys and expansive moorland. As Europe’s first International Dark Sky Reserve, Exmoor is one of the best places in the world for stargazing.
